MOMENTS IN A DAY OUTDOORS   Portraits

It all began after I left McCallie when I took an Introduction to Photography class in college at Sewanee. I went on to take every available photography course and spend all my time in the dark room. After college, I began taking portraits and documenting weddings for friends and family because they knew of my interest in photography. The subject matter was an interesting departure for me because my college photography work was all in fine art and architectural photography. Along the way, while at Olan Mills, I photographed thousands of individuals and families all over the country. Photographing my adorable eight year old daughter Grace, has enhanced my passion for taking children portraits.
